Awful Service - No progress on RF claim

It’s almost been two months trying to get my retirement withdrawal claim processed. Their communication is awful. There was an issue with my claim form initially regarding what type of retirement withdrawal this is, this took almost two weeks to be resolved, after which I was informed via email that feedback was received on 31/10/22 from my former employer. I was then told by “Konanane” that my claim is in processing not indicating that anything else was outstanding. On the 20/11/22, I received an email from "Zama" informing that no payment option was selected shown from their end. However, on the claim form submitted by my employer, the payment option was selected - indicating that monies ought to be paid out in "full-cash" as well as the banking details where the funds ought to be paid. What is so infuriating is the fact that the form I have is exactly the form which was uploaded on their system. For some mysterious reason, they do not have the payment option on record which is ridiculous. I have bills to pay and I'm about to lose my house. Why did it take you guys more than two weeks to inform me of the payment option which was not selected and that my employer did not submit my bank statement and ID copy. Also, the inconsistency as to what agent to agent is saying, no one is speaking the same language in terms of what is outstanding or delaying my claim being processed. The one is saying your claim is in processing, then via email the other tells me a different story. This morning, I spoke to an agent which was just unwilling to hear me out, he wouldn't advise as to how this issue can get resolved. Alexforbes for the big institution you are, and with some many employers and employees entrusting this institution with their life saving, how are people supposed to be confident in your processes, when none of the people I've spoken to are aware of the various functions across your business. It feels like I’m chasing my tail. So far no progress seems to have been made, its unfortunate that one has use the platform to hopefully get some feedback.
