awful service

good day

i am disappointed on the service i am receiving from Alexander Forbes regarding my withdrawal. its taken me more than 3 months requesting funds and still they are giving me no answer. this was supposed to be 3 weeks maximum. i have been following up as no one has been giving feedback. and whenever i call i always get through to someone who insists that there are no forms i sent through and i always have to fight and give sms and dates. can someone look into this and provide me with feedback because i am tired of doing the same thing.
