Awaiting payout

I worked for Bidvest 12 years ago and resigned in 2003. 12 years later I received a phone call from a tracing company stating I was short paid by almost 40! I completed the documents in July 2015. I was promised payout by End August. I phoned yesterday only to be told that they are struggling with back logs. I had to report them in 2004 as well due to delays in payment, should I follow the same route again?? I was told by Tevin Smith that his manager Jorick would phone me back immediately to sort the matter out. I am still waiting...<br> <br> Ref No: M***5.
