Avoid this company if you have alternative choices!
Being a fund member cuts no ice with this dinosaur of the industry! Having apps and online self servicing are utterly useless if queries are never answered, regardless of what medium you use to make contact with the company. Avoid signing up with AF at all costs in my view!
