ALEXANDER FORBES IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FINANCIAL COMPANY, BUT THEY can't even submit tax information correctly and we as the unlucky employees of companies who forces us to have a pension / provident fund with AF, have to suffer. And they don't care! Total ignorance when it comes to urgent issues that it is now 3+ months in the "repair" status. DELAYS, DELAYS, DELAYS DUE TO ALEXANDER FORBES' IGNORANCE AND "SERVICE DELIVERY" - INSTEAD OF DOING SUBMISSIONS CORRECT FROM THE START!!! Total incompetence as they just don't respond to emails, phone calls, etc. Even here on Hellopeter they just send their old computerised response!
