Atrocious service and nonchalant attitude
I have been trying to get an IRP5/IT3 from Alexander Forbes and no one seems to know what happened, what is happening and how to resolve this issue. I even sent them official process documents from SARS and that still didn’t help. The worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life.
