Appauling Service

I am absolutely appauled by the service which I have received from A. Forbes. I have been waiting for a Bidvest payout for the last 12 weeks. They harassed me insesantly till they had all my info, which I gave them within a day. that was 12 weeks ago. Everytime I call to follow up. no one can help me. I spoke with Nolly last week who told me Alexander Forbes had loaded me for payout the week before but ran out of money. This is concerning and I wonder if Alexander Forbes' clients knows that their investors are bankrupt. Something I am sure the papers will be VERY pleased to hear of seeing that I am unable to get a measly payout of over R1000.... makes one think that nolly can't be far from the truth! Either someone calls me back by midday today, or I am DEFINATLEY going to be taking this further. and please. I do not want to speak to a call centre agent who doesn't have a clue what they are doing.
