Apparently clients must be telepathic

After 2 months of sending in paperwork via tracing company for an unclaimed benefit,I find out oh they dont accept affidivits anymore and must get employment history from DOL.Was it too much effort to 1)inform your tracing companies of this or 2)inform me of this when my paperwork was sent in???????(since updated details are on there)because of this claim is not even reg. 6 to 8 weeks what a joke,more like 6 to 8 months (if they decided to work)
