Appalling service of Alexforbs

My experience with this company is pretty much the same as most people. Filled with un accurate information. Left my previous job in September and they say they got my claim towards the end of October. I was told that my claim should take up to 6 weeks and those weeks have come and gone. The level of incompetence and ignorance within this institution is appalling. The system is down and you literally have to make a complaint for them to respond. You are unable to reach them sometimes or frequently because of the system that they claim is always down for maintenance or something. Honestly if you are a person that wants to invest don’t invest with Alexforbes. There is no time management and not efficient management.
