APPALLING SERVICE FROM ALEXANDER FORBES!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Alexander Forbes and their withdrawals team. I requested to withdraw my funds in August 2020, and I am still waiting on my pay out.
I call religiously only to get consultants who will tell me to hold whilst they look into my profile, whilst holding they always seem to drop the phone on me, which then requires me to call and be on hold for 8minutes before anyone can assist me. I have been told about 4 different dates on when I will receive these funds,.
My patience is steadily running out and I need this matter resolved!
