Appalling service
Appalling service, had a horrible experience. Brian Setoaba(Team Leader) and the company. This financial institution seems to only look after it's own interests instead of caring about clients. They have neglegently made error on my claim, they have resorted in avoiding me rather than have a resolution. No adherence to time frame as per company policy. What happened to Corporate Excellence. I'm dejected by the regurgitating actions they have pulled towards me.

It's been 3hrs still haven't received any feedback. What a disappointment. Would expect a company of such stature to atleast have respect and be truthful instead of such malicious lies and empty promises. If employment equity brings us such service then might as well see Alex Forbes no less than VBS.

We missed the 11:30 Bank run as there was an internal delay to fix your record. I have however escalated the matter to the Head Of Operations that we must create a window for your record still today and ensure your payment is still done as promised.
I'm pleased to confirm I received approval and your payment is set to be released now at 14:00.
I will provide you with an update just after 14:00 to confirm all is well.

Instead all refuse to talk to me hiding behind back to back meetings. This matter will be for the whole world to see how Financial Institutions always take clients for a ride. This only requires an approval officer at finance to approve just a click of a button after verification. It has taken AlexForbes more than weeks and still today not done. Black Excellence at its best.

It's Monday morning no payments reflecting on my bank account yet I was sent emails assuring me my claim is finalised and payment has been done. If the management has no CRM and blatantly give false in information to client calm the noise then this putting the company name in disrepute. I have had it with this company they have no respect for clients or the duties as a financial authority. It's sad how such respected companies have been gradually tarnished by the slothful employees who cannot prioritise work.
