Appalling Service

I have app**** for my unclaimed benefit Fund withdrawal from Alexander Forbes as I need my funds urgently but I have had no assistance in this regard. They don't even disclose how they calculated the amount left with them from my unclaimed benefit and I have no idea who is working on seeing that this is processed as funds have been with then for over 10 years now. The call centre agents have a lack of empathy and will not even disclose when payment will be made. This application was done beginning of December and I have wasted airtime speaking to the agents. All they say is that it takes 6 to 8 weeks with no regard for ones current financial circumstances. I wonder how they would feel if they were to be paid 8 weeks after going to work. This is appalling service to say the least
