Appalling service!!!

Alexander Forbes is the worst financial service institution. There's lack of communication and you wait for long before getting assisted. Your service is appalling

I've been sending emails and no one is getting back to me, for over a week now. This morning I spent over an hour on the phone and wasted so much airtime speaking to a consultant from pension fund benefits, who clearly had no idea what he was doing and gave incorrect information. My query was still not resolved. He promised to send me an email and I'm still waiting for that email an hour later

At this point I'm not even sure if I'll ever get any assistance.

Atleast now I know never to invest with your company
