Appalling service

Appalling service for 3 weeks from consultants, manager (Jack) and the assigned administrator (Anele) , their incompetence and lack of customer service has given me a whole different perception on the organization as a whole. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I'm certainly taking up this matter the legal route.
