Appalling claims service

I appear to be yet another extremely disappointed and dissatisfied customer.

Absolutely appalling service that has been dragging on for some four months with endless chasing from my side and little or no actual results from them. Alexander Forbes claim to payout funds with 4-6 weeks but this advertised claim process is completely misleading to customers, and the claim process is massivley flawed, appearing to be purposefully delayed with an indefinite turnaround time and unhelpful staff.

Any employee that you do mange to talk to seems to take no responsability and are mainly unhelpful, share no information and appear to deliberatley ignore any communication content.

When then taken to the complaints team, they like their actual claim colleagues, respond with an automated email or make a response to appease and state they will be in touch on a certain date which is then also not fulfilled.

It is sad that what was once a large reputable company could somehow seem to fall into such a sorry sate and would advise anyone involved with any claims to be both wary and patient.
