Appaling service!!!!!
Is there anyone working in this company. I held on for nearly half an hour listening to a voive prompt promising me someone will answer the phone. Second call to the company even worse! My retirement fund is invested there and I am now very scared. Our company representative dealing with AF informed mecthat they have not even answered his mail ito who our contact person is. What is goin on?
