App, Website and Customer service support
The App is just baloney, website is even worse. Unable to get my statements. Whenever I put on my ID number on the infoslip link, nothing happens. The administration of the company is not even supportive. I have sent so many emails on which I just get an automated mail without any follow up from the team. It's just so much baloney and bad administration.
