Anybody there?

Do not know why you have to resort to complaining on platforms like this or social media to get a response!?

In order to file my SARS tax returns I require information from Alexander Forbes I am not even sure why as the information has nothing to do with the tax year under review. A stock standard document was provided to me by my previous employer but no actual IRP5 or tax certificate ever provided. I have tried on numerous occasions to email every email address I can find for Alexander Forbes with no response whatsoever except for an auto generated email telling me my query will be dealt with... At least the auto response works, not much else does!

I am no longer living in South Africa so I am unable to contact via the call centre.

Is it at all possible that someone could respond to my emails immediately with a solution to my SARS tax return issue. If any penalties are incurred as a result of a late return I will expect this to be taken care of by you.
