There should be a 0 rating option for this pathetic *********** financial services provider..It wouldve been well deserved..I am struggling since 24 August 2023 with this company just to correct the error made on their side which is blocking me from submitting my IRP5.After every call a TAT is given but no progress is made on my issue.I need to call back every time when no one calls as said.These little puppets on the other end also dont have a choice but to say what the useless management team tells them too..it really sad to work like this.Shame! Looks like the Tax dept employees also gets paid for doing nothing.Please steer clear from this *********** company.
