*********** and poor service

I have recently retired and withdraw my pension, on the 27/03/2024 I received an email from AF that my pension will be paid within 5 to 10 days, to this I have not received my pension, despite calls and emails sent to them, I have had no response, today I received another email from them telling me about 5 to 10 days again. I have logged a complaint with them which will take another 4 days, I have called them, I was promised they will call back, to this day nothing, except the very same email I received on the 27 March 2024
