I hereby send my dissatisfied with Alex Forbes with regards to be deceiving their clients under the name of legislation of the government principles, to be ****ming client they provided fund pay out. The experience I had with Alex Forbes had to call them every now and then to seek information about my fund in that how much it is and when will it be payed out, always give me run around with the information by saying the have made an agreement with the employer to wait 3 months for the fund to be paid out, as they also have to follow the process of 6 to 8 weeks to be paid. In the process they can't disclose the amount of money is in the fund since the claim is in process, which before I had to request the statement of the fund to one the call center agent and it was sent to my email that proves that they don't disclose full information to clients just to deceive them with terms called process and procedure.
My disappointment with this group they release funds under two pit system and reserve funds under retirement in the name of legislation of government law, when seeking answers can't have clear proper explanation as they stick around the statement of government legislation that they don't have control over, while in that regards client is notified or addressed about the matter of not releasing the whole fund. Also my suprise is that how one makes a decision with someone investment without engaging with the client to get approval from the client.
Alex forbes is not what its portray with the image of marketing they brand, instant they are malicious and blood suckers who enjoy living on other people hardworking without thinking how difficult it is to s**** that contribution each an every month with looking at the payslip and have trust to say that when you are laid off at work atleast you will have some money to get by in difficult times, but this group is not concerned with the well being of their client except to make them objects of money laundering for they group to be rich. They keep running ***** in brought day light.

It's also inrellevant to find the statement that they saying the government regulations it has been established on 1 September 2024, which my background of the month was I resigned at the other company that I was working for on the 3rd September 2024 to join Shoprite group on the 14th October 2024 that make my other contribution from previous employer was released full in March 2025 with no statement of this government regulation to preserve my fund.
To my understanding if is government regulation it should apply to every financial institution that works with investment however its only Alex Forbes verbally communication without producing portfolio of evedence to support their statement.
Puzzling part with this saga of ***** Alex Forbes claim to be not part of disputing business principles laid by the government to reap client off for they financial gain to preserve monies to keep they business going and while we suffer without no employment at the process while they holding clients monies, this ****mers is malicious in the brutal way cause it seek clients to understand that they don't have control over the situations on government regulations where else the contribution it's being contributed to they group power is attain with no doubt to be clueless.
My simple request is that I'm requesting my fund to be released with sense of simple understanding that the was no agreement between me and Alex Forbes to preserve my fund for retirement. I'm not obligated to they decision between government and they group.
I can't be ****med my hardworking monies that was purely through my sweat and tiring body to give each an every month, hence when supposely when it should be released certain developments of non disclose matter between them now arises, far more disappointing it has no portfolio of even dice to proof that only explanation from programmed workers who are following the script to say " I'm sorry if how things are we only following the process".
I measure the whole situation with how one response to this matter.
