Yet i write another review. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service I received from Alexander Forbes. On September 10th, I submitted my application, but despite their assurance that it would be reviewed within 20 working days which today as i write this i am on 20 working days my tracker still not moving, I have been left in the dark with no updates or communication. The utter lack of transparency and disregard for my time is unacceptable.

Repeated attempts to contact Alexander Forbes have been met with vague assurances and empty promises, further exacerbating my frustration. The excessive delay has caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and I demand immediate attention to my application. I expect a clear explanation for the delay, concrete measures to prevent similar delays in the future, and compensation for the undue stress and inconvenience caused.

Alexander Forbes's handling of my application has fallen woefully short of my expectations, and I question their commitment to customer satisfaction. As a result, I have lost trust in their ability to deliver on their promises. I urge HelloPeter to investigate this matter and hold Alexander Forbes accountable for their subpar service.

I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter as i need that money.
