*********** and Dishonest

My pension scheme unfortunately has been held by this financial services company. I have recently taken early retirement and was informed by this company that they would liase on my behalf to change my current Medical Aid option to a cheaper one as I would no longer be able to afford the option I was currently on. All the necessary forms were sent to me and were completed and returned and sent on to the medical aid by Alexander Forbes. The change of option was never done or the medical aid payment taken off my account as it should have been and I am now being told that I cannot change my option... There seems to be confusion as to whether the forms were ever received by the medical aid initially???
