An email every day for 5 days, no reply.
You send me an email at 00.23 on Saturday 4th and tell me I have 3 working days to send you my documents, I sent them them on the 5th and I have sent elan email every day day since. And I have received no reply from you.
You dare give me a deadline and you can't even stick to your own SLA.
Pathetic. I'm glad I'm getting my money away from you.
