Almost two years and no answers

So its a year and several months later and i still have no feedback My father passed away several years ago, I have actually given up and don't care to talk to these con artist anymore. In the beginning it was an issue just to get acknowledgement that he had a pension from the mines with them. The last conversation I had with them was earlier this year where they acknowledge he had but that they had no funds left for his product. When I tried to query this I was put through to another agent that was on voice mail. I left messages but have never received a call back or explanation. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
