All I want is my money so I can pay my debts

I have been waiting for my claim to be paid out since my employer submitted my documents early July.

Assuming I would be paid end of July, I received an sms saying my claim was rejected and I should call the call center which I did.

I was told to send my Id and proof of banking details to ***. 3 days later an automated email comes in saying they have received my mail and will get bk to me. It's been 5 days no feedback.

Iv got bills to settle so that month end I am not stranded.

After the reviews I read on Alexander Forbes I have zero hope I'll ever get my money.
