Alexforbes Unclaimed Benefit - Claim withdrawal payment statement requested / not received

I logged a complaint. Received response and was paid an amount but no payment statement provided. I requested a statement reflecting the benefit amount minus deductions on 30 January and 5 February 2026 but no response received todate.

This is unacceptable. I do want benefit payment statement of my account reflecting tne benefit amount and deductions.
