Alexforbes Unclaimed Benefit - Claim withdrawal not received

I discovered I had an unclaimed benefit with Alexforbes last year and have been trying to wirhdraw the small amount due to me for 16 weeks. All required documents were emailed to Alexforbes on 30 October and I was told to expect payment within 6 to 8 weeks. I foliowed up on 22 December (8 weeks) and was told Alexforbes claims backlog dates back to August 2025 and I was in the queue. It's been 12 weeks since Alexforbes received my documents and to date no payment received and also no communication whatsoever!
