Alexforbes lack of service

Two months ago, I contacted Alexforbes regarding a tax directive linked to my pension fund payout from 2020. Due to my sequestration in 2020, my tax number changed and the directive needs to be updated accordingly.

Unfortunately, despite numerous follow-ups, I have received no resolution. The only response I continue to receive via email is that they are still waiting for feedback from their tax department.

By 12 June, this matter will have been outstanding for three months with no progress whatsoever. To make matters worse, phone calls are not answered, making it extremely difficult to obtain any meaningful update.

The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency in resolving what should be a straightforward issue has been very disappointing. Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with Alexforbes again, and I would not recommend their services to my family or others.
