Alexforbes is the worse of them all don't even bother with them!!!!

They are playing with people here my application is close to one month old and still at tax application now for 3days. I made a follow up call and told the agent all documents was sent she confirmed that she did receive it and will let an agent from that department re submit my tax application. Sars already advise that they only take 48hours to do the tax application and that the problem is with my administrator. This company is dealing with *********** people with no client centric skills and no work etiquette. They all need training on how to make a client happy and how to complete their tasks.This money is not money I'm borrowing this money belongs to me and why do I wait that long for an emergency fund that right there is mind blowing. 1month of submission and I'm still here waiting.
