Alexandra Forbs is going all out not to pay me my funds

I have put a claim for a withdrawal witch i received an sms that in 4 weeks it would be finalised. 4 weeks passed with no communication from Alexandra Forbs, I **** a call and only then i was told there was a divorce order that was put in in the beginning of the year i asked how do i move forward and was told the only means of communication is to send an email. I sent an email with no response on the given time I **** another call and was then told to send documents again no response on the given time. I amid another call and was told to wait for an email. The response email came and was told of the rejections and infomation that is needed witch i should have been told the first time. All the infomation needed is what is given by the caught that i have nothing to do with it. I feel like Alexandra forbs is going out all they could that i dont get money that is due to me the frastrating part is i can only comunicate by email that they take forever to respond. I am *****ed of not getting what is owed to me.
