Alexandra Forbes poor service

Am very disappointed with Alexandra Forbes—after receiving an sms that my funds will be paid instead nothing happened until I called after holding for 37min to be attended to, no one even bothers to reply emails —-the service and the whole system is POOR!!!!!!!!!!very POOR!!!!!

I was only told that there’s being a system error that resulted in my payment not being processed -when will I know should I not called and had patient to hold for 37mins?-the level of incompetence and lack of accountability in Alexandra Forbes it’s so pathetic that even the consultants kept referring and referring and escalating the matter to Jupiter with no help from their seniors.

All you will hear is we apologise we are investigating the problem—1 consultant said to me payment is only done once day before 11:00 -how insane is this ??????
