I am yet experiencing the same problem as last time with regards to withdrawing funds from my tax-free savings account.
I have sent through a request on the 31/07/2024 I received an email that my funds will reflect within 3 working days, it is Wednesday 07/08/2024 funds still didn't reflect in my account. Hence which is why I'm cancelling my services with them. This is certainly an institution I do not trust with my money.
