I must say this one of the worst institutions that I have ever dealth with, an institution that knows how to speedily deduct money from your payslip but cannot assist speedily during unforeseen financial difficulties.
Since the 10/06/2024 I have been contacting them to find out what the process is to access funds from my investment , until this day I havent been told what the process is , no forms has been sent to me complete if required.
This is certainly an instution I dont trust with my money at all. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone or any company working with Alexander Forbes.
