Alexanderforbes claim dragging for 5 months now
seriously dont understand how their claim process works i logged a claim with them in december was assured this would take 6 to 12 weeks i have called their contact centre repeatedly to find out whats happening with my claim which is not even a large amount i have not recieved any communication regarding my claim be it email sms or call im very unhappy with this service as i have dealt with other financial service providers and did not recieve this kind of treatment
