If I could rate this company a 1, I would! What poor service from such a well known company. I've been waiting since 2024 for MY money it's been a year, everytime I get told it will take 8 weeks meanwhile AF continues to debit fees from my account! Their representatives told me the claim is in process but the app shows no record of a claim! Their representatives no longer reply to my follow up requests and head office drop my calls. GIVE ME MY MONEY! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO KEEP MY MONEY HOSTAGE! I wouldn't advise anyone to invest with this company they are quick to take your monthly contributions but when it comes to paying back the funds they are no where to be found! Do better!
