ALEXANDER PENSION FUND DISAPPOINTMENT

Really disappointed by the lack of help received by Alexander Forbes. I recently left my job and have been waiting for my pension fund to be paid out for over 6 weeks now. I have been asking for an update many times to which no one can give me and answer.

I have been waiting on the call centre for hours to which no one could help me or give me and exact answer. They just say I need to send emails and I will only be answered in 3-5 days. It’s been over 5 days and still they could not help me.

I am bitterly disappointed and I won’t recommend Alexander Forbes for any service or financial help. Why can no one help me???? It is a pension fund for keeping myself alive after my job, but I can’t and Alexander Forbes does not give a single damn about giving me my money.
