Alexander fourb is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with

I have been trying to get someone at Alexander to help me with a clam I have now been given five different answers on how long it will take for a calm to be paid out the call centre at Alexander is a total waste of time. What you are told and what really happens is two different things completaly I have emailed several different people in different departments and get on information the best thing the anyone can do at Alexander is to pass the buck no one can help you . I don't know what more I can do or with who I can talk to that can help me.
