Alexander Forbs zero customer service or making any effort irrespective of these reviews. Maybe someonr from this forum can advise how to get some form of communication from them. I am not prepared too sit on a phone for hours with no response or correct
After almost 5 months Alexander Forbs has still not made any effort to sort this matter out. Everything is automated emails, and nothing comes from the complaint review they receive from this forum
