I have still not received any human feedback. I am told in an automated email that my case will be investigated. I am disgusted at the zero human customer services. Its too much effort to pick up a phone and tslk directly to your client who has invested in Alexander Forbs They are toying with my money and urgent reason as to why i need this urgent transaction.
