Alexander Forbs disappointing

I've been in contact with my previous employer since March 2024 requesting a simple statement of contributions paid to Alexander Forbs for all contributions paid.The information received to date does not indicate how much was paid since 2020 to 2023,only a breakdown of what was paid when the fund was terminated.A very disturbing thing is that there is a payment made to a retirement fund,ding your employment and no statement as to how it accumulated to?Instead of sending the statement with the amounts and fee you receive a brochure, as if that helps. Why is retirement funds such a major requirement when they can't even give a basic explanation to what happens to your money
