Alexander Forbes/Fidelity ADT - Provident fund payment, NRdelay tactics

My application from Fidelity ADT for my Provident fund withdrawal was received on the 16th of August 2019. I called Alexander Forbes mid September 2019 for an update only to be told there was a form outstanding which they sent to me & I completed it then returned it. The next day I called to see if they had received it & they assured me all was in order. My 1st issue with Alexander Forbes is why did I have to call to find this out, surely someone could have called me since they had my application from the 16th of August 2019. I called back on the 30th of September & was told I would receive payout by the 11th of October 2019 as an agent had sent my paperwork to the wrong department. I asked that the administrator call me but received no calls. Just as a matter of interest I called back on the 10th of October 2019 to see if everything was on track. This time the agent said after failing to get hold of my administrator Kaylan, nothing had been processed. She put through a complaint & asked me to call the next day. On the 11th of October 2019 I tried calling the administrator Kaylan without success thereafter I called Alexander Forbes & the agent tells me my previous company, Fidelity ADT, did not pay my last portion of my Provident fund which I have a payslip showing they deducted it. It has been 8 weeks since Alexander Forbes has had my application. Seems no one can assist which shows the lack of service. Totally unacceptable.
