Alexander Forbes wrong tax no, a delay tactic?

I have seen previously people have had the problem of SARS refusing a directive when withdrawing funds from Alexander Forbes. This goes back years. I am currently in the same position. This cannot be a co incidence that you continuously put the wrong tax number of the individual so SARS can reject it. It seems to be a delay tactic on your part. My husband , who is the claimant , is out of the country. I had to go to SARS, get a Power of Attorney form , send it to him in Zambia, sign it , send it back to me, put it on a stick, go get it printed and go back to SARS where there was now a huge cue. Two hours later I was told the tax no was wrong. I phoned Alex Forbes and spoke to someone, he told me to wait, he said he now has corrected it. I also told him SARS said Alex Forbes hadn't filled the name correctly and asked him to correct it. He said he had now re app**** to SARS. The next day I received another text to say it has been refused again. I mean, is there any competent enough to fill in forms properly? Or is this a deliberate delay tactic to pay us out. I have sent emails, to which I still havent had a response, so I am now making it public and want a quick response and no delay tactics or I will take it further.
