Alexander forbes worst service and just diculous

If I could give this company Alexander Forbes and ICTS tracing a zero star I would just like the feedback I've received from them. I submitted my documents 19 December 2024 to the tracing company, he confirmed he sent it through. I've been trying to followup on this payment for the last 2 weeks everyday as everytime the say they will provide me with feedback but no one ever get back to me, this is just ridiculously service. Today finally I got feedback just to be told that Alexander Forbes never received my documents but last week I was told they did receive it. I've sent it again but now the whole process needs to start again, this is so frustrating and insane that I see so many complaints about the same issues but nothing is being done about it. You are playing with people's livelihood as many of us is depending on this to be paid out. Very dissatisfied
