Alexander Forbes won't upload my IRP5 to SARS

Alexander forbes will not submit my IRP5 to SARS, I need to do mybtax return but A.F hasn't submitted my irp5, proof of lumpsum to Sars, Sars will not accept my tax return with Forbes doing their part.
