Alexander Forbes won’t return MY MONEY!!!!

My retirement fund was “registered” with Alexander Forbes in May of 2019 when I joined Akeso hospital as an employee. When I resigned in November of that year, and requested that Alex Forbes transfer my funds to my new service provider PPS, we discovered that my RA had not been officially registered or invested with the company. However, I had been getting debited monthly and Akeso had made contributions towards my fund. It was then discovered that I was not the only employee at Akeso who experienced this problem at the time. I have since made SEVERAL attempts by contacting Alexander Forbes and multiple employees to try and resolve this issue to no avail. I have reported the company to FSCA multiple times and Alexander Forbes has been instructed to make the transfer and they have not. The most recent instruction from the FSCA was in April 2022. This means that my funds have been sitting in an account universes for three years! I have multiple threads of communication with a number of employees from Alex Forbes and have had multiple meetings at this point is this even legal? I am livid!!!!! The most unprofessional conduct from what is meant to be a reputable company that handles peoples investments. What a disgrace and I am pretty sure I am not the only person who has experienced this. Who knows how many other peoples money is *******ly being taken or kept by this company.
