Alexander Forbes wont pay me my money!!!!!!
AF consultants are USELESS!!! my claim was submitted in October for my Provident fund. Nothing has been done or communicated!!!
An email was sent in January asking for an update with no response.
I finally call asking what is happening and they say i should send proof of my banking details, which was included in the forms sent in October, nonetheless i send them again on the 22nd of February and i was told i would get my money in 4 working days.
It has been 2 weeks since i sent the proof of banking details and everyday i hear a different story!!!
