Alexander Forbes withdrawals takes FOREVERannd is have bull**** services

I submitted my claim on the 15 June 2024 as was told my payment is processed on the 17th July 2024 , funds will reflect 7-14 day. today I'm being told different story that funds will be paid mid August , the ******* we getting from Alexander Forbes is *** services , no one should think of moving their money there , they don't care about customers at all ,what I'm getting is bull**** services, how long should a person wait for their money. Its a disaster to try get updates of what was going on. and to get in touch with them takes so long as you have to use a call centre. You speak to a different person every time. They all say it's being processed. I have written numerous emails, even to the escalation email address. What a nightmare. Numerous occasions when doing enquiry on pension money that need to be paid out the date is being changed.
