Alexander Forbes, where is my money?

On 27 Aug 2019, 04:59 I reported the following on HELLO PETER.

On January 30, I received the documents from Koketso Mokate, a Financial Planner with Sales and Service Distribution at Alexander Forbes (***) to complete to transfer a very small amount I accumulated in a few months by working for a community newspaper.

On February 19 I have send her all the forms, bank statements, ID etc as they requested.

On April 18 I have not heard from the financial planner and wrote another email inquiring whether all the documents were received but up to date I have received no word. I thus do not know whether they received the small amount of my 4 months I worked at Caxton Newspaper and whether all the documents were received in order.

On 27 Aug 2019 at 07:12 Bengy Marais who represents Alexander Forbes Financial Services's rep**** here on Hello Peter: "Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We will request that the relevant division investigate and contact you via the details provided."

On Wed, Aug 28, 2019 at 2:37 PM I received an email from Nikki-Lee Dorea, Senior Fund Administrator, Operations and Administration, FINANCIAL SERVICES, (***) who requested me to confirm my new instruction, which I have completed and emailed back on Aug 28, 2019, 7:06 PM.

Today 2020-01-21 I still have received NO payment notification from this amount. Could we kindly get some decisions as to why this has not been done, please, as I am still waiting for this money to be transferred into my bank account.
