Alexander Forbes what a joke

I am writing to express my utter disappointment and disgust at your lack of service. My HR department sent my resignation paperwork on the 04 Sept 2023 and since I have been following up to no avail as every agent would claim they do not know.

Nobody knows anything there, I emailed and called was promised to get back to me but still since then I have never been contacted by Alexander Forbes. I called in today and got told my claim was only received on the 10 October 23 a whole month after it was sent. I fail to understand how is that. I submitted all my documents, it doesnt mean when i take my provident money now you must be angry it is rightfully mine. Please send it i will not wait 4-6 weeks that i have waited for already i demand an immediate payment.

I have been enquiring for almost 6 weeks with no concrete response or urgency from this service provider. Please send me my money today!!!!!
